The Real Tea with KBT
The Real Tea with KBT will take place every 4th Saturday of the month from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (ET): Register Here
(and, depending on how hot the tea is… we may spill just a little past noon ☕😉).
This is not a lecture, it’s a conversation.
Each session is designed to be:
Accessible
Honest
Interactive
Grounded in sisterhood
During our time together, we’ll talk candidly about:
What READY DAY 1 leadership truly means
My platform and vision as a candidate for Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator
Resources that are already available right now to support our undergraduate Sorors
Initiatives I’d like to implement and accomplish if elected
Your questions, concerns, and real feedback
Building the Royal Blue and Gold Bridge to Lifelong Membership
This session provides a practical roadmap to success for undergraduate Sorors considering the transition to graduate chapters. We will move beyond general encouragement to offer actionable steps and insights. Here directly from chapters in the Northeastern Region who are successfully helping Sorors in this transition.
Legacy, Legacy, Legacy
Focus & Objective: To explore the concept of legacy through a unique, real-world lens that illustrates the different pathways to lifelong membership. We will demonstrate that a successful journey with Sigma can take many forms, directly supporting chapter growth and retention efforts.
Special Guests:
• Soror Khrystine Thomas (Basileus of Mu Nu Sigma in York, PA & Mom to Soror Chandler and Soror Jourdan)
• Soror Chandler (Current Undergraduate Soror, Gamma Chapter at NC A&T)
• Soror Jourdan (Graduate Soror who attended NC A&T but entered via Mu Nu Sigma Graduate Chapter)
The discussion will explore the unique experiences and subsequent commitment levels of each sister, showing that both undergraduate and graduate entry points lead to sustained Greater Womanhood. This directly supports the idea that the bond of Sigma offers flexible, lifelong value.
